Uniko is Celebrating 11 Years - Birthday Card Link Party!

Here's my celebration card...

I inked up my card base using the Party Confetti stencil in rainbow colours.  Then on a die cut panel I inked up the balloons using the Balloon Bash stencil in the same colours.  I finished the card with a sentiment from the Birthday Sentiments clear stamp set and popped the panel up on 3D foam.
