Clearly Besotted Stamps - September Release Teaser Time - Day 4

Hi guys

Thank you for joining me for Day 4 of sneaky peeks of the upcoming release at Clearly Besotted Stamps.

This is the last day of teasers before Stephanie reveals all the new products in their full glory tomorrow over at Clearly Besotted's blog, Stamping & Sharing.

Today I am sharing two cards using the new 'Signature Christmas Additions' stamp set which is great to add to the previously released Signature Christmas stamps and dies collection.

For this card I used the Signature Christmas Die Collection to cut out the wreath and bow from the new stamp set and mounted these on 3D foam to add dimension.  I also decided to use non-traditional colours...

I used vertical cardstock scraps in teal and purple to match the stamped images and then popped the white panel up on 3D foam.  I used a fine black pen to draw the string, adhered the wreath and bow, and finished off with the sentiment in black.

For my second card I chose some snowflake patterned paper to create a framed background and then on a white square simply stamped the new tree, trunk, star and sentiment stamps in co-ordinating colours...

Materials used:
  • Stamps and Dies: Clearly Besotted Stamps - Signature Christmas Additions and Signature Christmas
  • Ink - Wreath card: Versa Color - Pacific, Imperial Blue; Versafine - Onyx Black
  • Ink - Tree card: Versa Color - Celadon, Atlantic and Silver
  • Patterned Paper: Dovecraft - Christmas Blues
  • Cardstock: Snippets from stash

I'm looking forward to using this set and the original Signature Christmas stamps this year as I purchased them in the new year so wasn't able to use them for last Christmas.

Please do visit Stephanie's blog and follow the links to the fabulous design team for more great sneaky peeks.  Stephanie will be revealing the full release tomorrow which will be available to purchase from the online store on 6 September.

I'll be back tomorrow to share the remainder of my cards created using the stamps and dies from this fab release so please do join me, I really appreciate your visits and comments.

Bye for now
