Uniko Designer Dies Natures Treasures II Release Day, Blog Hop & Giveaway!

Good morning

It's Release Day at Uniko so the new Natures Treasures II Designer Dies are now available to purchase from the shop, here.  You can see the full product image at the end of my post, below.

So, two more for you, here they are...

This leaf is my favourite from the set so I had to use it again on this card, and I stuck with the ombre theme too.  On a scrap of cardstock I ink blended with Distress Oxides, fading it out, the die cut the leaf from it.  I stamped the Background Blocks Halftone image on the card base as I figured the fading out dots was a great match for the ombre leaf, which I adhered over it.  And I finished with a sentiment from the Simply Said Blocks II stamp set.

Materials used:

• Stamp: Uniko - Simply Said Blocks II, Background Blocks Halftone
• Dies: Uniko - Natures Treasures II
• Ink: Distress Oxide - Abandoned Coral, Saltwater Taffy; Versafine Clair - Nocturne

And for my final card I combined the die set with the co-ordinating stamp set, Natures Treasures II...

I die cut the leaves from some green cardstock and then stamped with the co-ordinating image in VersaMark and heat embossed in cooper.  I die cut a white cardstock panel and heat embossed the sentiment from the Simply Said clear stamp set, before then adhering the leaves and trimming off the edges.

• Dies: Uniko - Natures Treasures II; Create a Smile - Double Stitched Rectangles
• Ink: VersaMark
• Embossing Powder: Wow! - Metallic Copper

Uniko April 2023 Product Release - Introducing...Designer Dies Natures Treasures II

Good morning

I'm here today to introduce the new Designer Dies - Natures Treasures II set from Uniko.

These dies co-ordinate with the existing Natures Treasures II stamp set but are equally great to use on their own.

It's just me and my fellow Brand Ambassador, Julie, sharing our creations today, please do take a look at yesterday's post over at Uniko where you'll find Bev and Vinita's showcase projects.  And tomorrow it will be Izzy and Steph sharing their creations.

On my first card I've used one of the dies and a sentiment from the Simply Said Blocks clear stamp set...

Directly on the bottom edge of the card base I did some faded ink blending using two shades of Distress Oxides.  I then did the same on a scrap of white cardstock and used this to cut the three die cuts using this fabulous leaf from the new Designer Dies set.  The leaves were then adhered to the card base with the ombre effect going in the opposite direction.  I then simply stamped the sentiment in black.

• Ink: Distress Oxide - Cracked Pistachio, Speckled Egg; Versafine Clair - Nocturne

And for my second card today I've used one of the smaller leaf dies, together with the co-ordinating stamp, and a sentiment from the Simply Said clear stamp set...

I die cut the leaf seven times and stamped the co-ordinating image form the Natures Treasures II clear stamp set in rainbow colours.  I die cut a circle from black cardstock and stamped and heat embossed the sentiment in white.  To finish I adhered the leaves around the circle in rainbow order before adhering to the card base.

• Dies: Uniko - Natures Treasures II; MFT Die-namics - Double Stitched Circles
• Ink: VersaMark; Altenew - Ruby Red, Orange Cream, Warm Sunshine, Forest Glades, Sea Breeze, Lavender Fields, Pinkalicious
• Embossing Powder: Brutus Monroe - Alabaster White

Uniko Surprise April Product Release Sneak Peek!

Good morning 

Bev has a surprise release for you this month over at Uniko!

There is just one product being released but it's a fabulous one - a fantastic Designer Dies set.  Bev and my fellow Brand Ambassadors will be showcasing the dies this week and the set will be available to purchase from the Uniko shop from Saturday 22 April at 9am GMT.

If you're familiar with Uniko products you might recognise the set that these dies co-ordinate with and they are also great to use as standalone dies.
