Privacy Policy


The General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR), previously the Data Protection Act, regarding general protection on how data is used and stored are changing on 25th May 2018. You've no doubt heard and received lots about it already.



COMMENTING


If you leave me a comment on my blog you do so in the knowledge that it will be visible to all who visit my blog.  It will also be visible for anyone to collect.  I personally do not collect any information stored on my blog.

If you have left a comment and don't want it to be seen, then please delete it.



FOLLOWERS


If you follow my blog you do so in the knowledge that my followers list is open to anyone who visits my blog. Your photo, name and links will appear and can be seen by anyone.

If you don't want this data shared please delete your blog from my followers list. This will mean that you are no longer following my blog.



EMAIL SUBSCRIPTION

I utilise MailChimp to manage my email subscriptions.  This mail provider is GDPR compliant and the only personal data collected by it is your email address.

I do not currently use any affiliate links.


COOKIES / THIRD PARTIES

I do not personally set cookies on this blog. Any cookies set, is by Google or third-party services, they also collect data from you. 

This blog has associations with third parties, i.e. Facebook, Instagram, Google, Pinterest, Bloglovin.


OTHER

If I offer a giveaway/destash sale, I will request data from you personally (address, email, etc.).  I will use this data only for the purpose for which it was requested and will delete/destroy any information (sent to me electronically) securely following completion of the giveaway/transaction, and if any hard copy is created, this will also be destroyed securely following completion of the giveaway/transaction.

I personally do not collect any information for any marketing purposes.
